“And the LORD answered me, and said, ‘Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Habakkuk 2:2-3
As the Bishop and Overseer under the guidance of God’s Holy Spirit, I place before you God’s vision and mission for this ministry.
This vision clearly defines WHO we are, WHAT we do, WHERE we are.
- WHO: We are God’s people, recipients of his grace, growing in numbers, spreading the good news about Jesus Christ to all nationalities and countries. We are doers of God’s Holy Word. We stand united in our faith in Jesus Christ. We are a fellowship of Believers, strengthening each other, praying for each other, and living in the abundant love of Jesus Christ.
- WHAT: We live and preach the entire Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are living epistles reaching out in our communities and in homes to bring revival and restoration to those that do not know the good news of Jesus Christ.
- WHERE: We, as a people of God, are commanded to go the uttermost parts of the earth making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Bring It To Life Ministries diligently serves God’s people and it’s communities.
Bishop Dr. Art Robinson
Dr. Art Robinson, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, called by the command of God and our Savior, Christ Jesus. He is the Bishop and Overseer of Bring It To Life Ministries, which is located at 4000 Sinclair Lane, Baltimore, Maryland. The son of the late Mim C. Gaines and Arthur Robinson Sr., he was raised in a Christian family and learned Biblical principles at a young age.
He birthed Bring It To Life Ministries in February of 2002 along with his wife, children, family, and those that believed in the vision. As the Overseer of Bring It To Life Ministries, he adheres to the teaching of the Bible and diligently teaches God’s people the principles of faith and how to incorporate the Counsel of God in every aspect of their lives. He is an anointed and profound teacher, gifted in the area of finances and leadership. He is a leader among men and has a heart for the people of God.
Ever growing in the things of the Lord, Dr. Art diligently studies to show himself approved a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Kennedy Western University; a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University Theological Seminary; a Master’s in Human Services Counseling and Addiction from Liberty University School of Behavioral Sciences; a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Friends International Bible College; and a Doctorate of Ministry from Virginia University of Lynchburg Seminary.
Married to Sr. Pastor Rose Robinson, they have diligently committed their hand to the work of the Lord, striving toward the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

Senior Pastor Rose Robinson
Sr. Pastor is a native of Dothan, Alabama, and the Senior Pastor of Bring It To Life Ministries in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the daughter of the late Benjamin White and Prophetess Annie P. White. Senior Pastor Rose Robinson was brought up in Triumph The Church and Kingdom of God in Christ Church under Elder Theo Curry located in Dothan. She was trained to serve in the house of the Lord as a child and trained to hear the voice of the Lord through prayer. Born to parents in ministry, she was taught the spiritual and natural aspects of evangelism and ministry at a young age.
When the Lord spoke Bring It To Life Ministries into existence in 2002 through her husband, The Spirit of the Living God activated her many gifts to co-labor in the ministry.
An Intercessor that flows prophetically, she leads the charge within the ministry for a higher standard of accountability. She is a profound teacher and preacher. Born and raised in Holiness, she stands firms in her belief that Holiness is still a requirement for the Body of Christ today.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Phoenix, a MBA from Strayer University and is pursuing a M.Div at Virginia University in Lynchburg, School of Seminary and continues to study to show herself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
Married to Bishop Dr. Art Robinson and the mother of 2 daughters, she is a mentor, mother, sister, and friend to many.
